This would allow the exchange of pertinent information between the STW Counselor and the natural supports of the student (including school staff) in the rehabilitation efforts. The STW Counselor or VR Technician should encourage the student to complete a Waiver of Confidentiality form (RIMS template VCMT066) to share information with designated representatives in the VR process.
